Designing a Blog
This was my end project for my Web Designer Front End Developer course. I love reading, so I chose to design a blog about books. That course had the bases of HTML and CSS, it's not a big project but I'm so proud about what I did.
I'm a Web Developer student at BYU-Idaho Pathway
and I'm Chemical Engineer (I know, too different paths)
I went to Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua were I ended my Bacheros degree in Chemical Engineer Industry. Before, I did my Technical degree in Mechatronic at Cbtis 122. At present, I'm studying for Web developer at BYU-Idaho since Agust 2020.
In the Cbtis, I learned how to programmer PLC, robotic and CNC. I had the opportunity to study Mechatronic for a bachelor's degree but I chose Chemical Engineer because I wanted to learn reciclying process and environment practices. I like to be in Laboratories. I know those options look so different but they built me up to connect who I'm. In 2018 I finished my bachelor's degree and I went to US to improve my English. I lived there for 2 years. In 2019 I started the oportunity to access in BYU-Idaho so I did a propedeutic year, then in August 2020 I started a Web develop designer course and I loved it. I officialy started a Bachero's degree in January 2021. I have learned Python, JavaScript, CSS and Html5. I have passion to learn and that allows me to do it fast. Effective communication and organizational skills. Able to independently test multiple applications with minimal supervision.
I have many valuable skills like:
I show here some projects that I did in my life to improve or demostrate my skills
This was my end project for my Web Designer Front End Developer course. I love reading, so I chose to design a blog about books. That course had the bases of HTML and CSS, it's not a big project but I'm so proud about what I did.
This was my first project in the course. We worked to do it around the classes. This was the base to know the contect of an html document, how to choose the palete of colors, and how to style with CSS.
At Honeywell Aerospace in 2017-2018, I designed around a year a nitric cleaning line. It was a project to fix some issues in the analysis of resistance of metal pieces. The analysis technics had hazards when the employee poured the acid into a small box of plastic. In addition, sometimes the employee leaves the pieces into the acid more time than necessary. I designed as a solution a sequence process with a timer and programing monitor of acid concentration. I got recognition in Honeywell to develop a project to protect the health of the employee and to reduce expenses in the factory.
At Cbtis 122 in 2010-2013, my team and I developed a dispenser machine of Ice cream as a prototype to end our studies and to get our Technical Mechatronic Degree. It was a project that gave us recognition in the institute because we participate in the entrepreneur contest. We won second place in the state in 2013.(Click on the picture to see a video)
